GAZA, -- Palestinian premier Ismail Haneyya said Saturday that the Freedom Flotilla convoy is carrying a strong message that this blockade which was imposed unjustly by an international resolution must be broken by another international just resolution.

He made these remarks in a speech during his visit to Gaza port today to check the preparations made to receive the convoy.

Haneyya expressed his belief that if the convoy managed to reach its destination, it would be a triumph for both Gaza people and all its participants, adding that there would be always a victory even if the convoy did not make it because Israel’s piracy against the ships would be reported worldwide by the media, the thing which would encourage the world to send more convoys.

In the same context, Al-Ahrar center for prisoners’ studies called on all international organizations concerned with human rights to utilize all evidential materials, including camera shots, to file lawsuits against Israel with the international criminal court if any act of piracy happened to the Freedom Flotilla convoy.

Director of the center Fouad Al-Khafsh said that all military preparations and statements indicate that Israel has intentions to hijack the ships, kidnap all passengers on board and interrogate them, which will be considered an organized operation of piracy carried out by Israel in full view of the whole world.

Khafsh noted that the commander of the Israeli navy Eliezer Marom ordered all his soldiers to necessarily conceal their faces before hijacking the ships so as not to identify anyone of them and thus avoid any future prosecution against them.
