Ballots are Thrown on the Streets

In a village of Bany Swaf, a governorate in Upper Egypt, some ballots of the upcoming parliamentary election were found on the street. It indicates that ballot rigging starts early and differently. This pattern of falsification is called “the unpredictable rigging” which neither judiciary nor supervisory commissions can trace.

The leak of ballot papers is very perilous even if they are not sealed by the election supervisory commission. For they provide a golden opportunity for fraud.

For example, voters may put these ballot papers in the polling box and hand the blank sealed ones in return for money.

This unsealed ballot may, moreover, be cast in the polling box, so any candidate will have the right to question this box, in state of being not the winner upon the count.
