Sayed Nezeely, the chief of MB administrative bureau in Giza, has stated that these campaigns clearly signify that security in general is the one running the electoral battle; Political administration actually has nothing to do with such elections. This clarifies the inefficiency and ineffectiveness of the High Committee in elections.

He also said that such harassments and oppression on the MB candidates show the violent unfair regime and the real intention of eliminating others by all means, specially that the dawn visitors have become the modern language of the coming elections in Egypt.

Nezeely added that those who were detained represent the VIPs and notable people from the electoral departments where the MB candidates are participating. He said, “The battle of elections never stops at someone or even a group of people.”
