Jordan MB Condemns Assault on Tourists

In an exclusive statement to Ikhwanweb, Jordanian Muslim Brotherhood Chairman Salem el Flahat condemned the assault perpetrated by two persons against tourists in Amman. Flahat expressed his astonishment at what he depicted as a bewildering and strange one.” Jordan now witnesses’ stability and security, and such acts do harm to the entire country”, he said, affirming that Muslim Brotherhood in Jordan regards this act as contravening with the principles of Islam. “Regardless of their religions or nationalities, Islam enjoins us to protect them as long as they abide by rules of entry and stay “he added. The MB Chairman made this statement hours after two gunmen fired at foreign tourists in Amman, injuring five of them. No further information is available until this report went to press.
