Deputy Mohsen Radhi of MB Parliamentary Bloc called on the Parliament to convene for an urgent meeting to discuss the recurrent train crash accidents the recent of which was Monday September 4, 2006, which led to the death of six people and the injury of another 35 ones. The deputy demanded that, in compliance with the Parliament statute, the meeting must be a plenary one where all members without exception must attend especially senior officials and cabinet ministers concerned including the Prime Minister and Transport, Health, Social Affairs and Interior ministers to find viable mechanisms by which these recurrent accidents could be avoided in the future. The deputy called for enforcing of the  Emergency Law to bring to account those officials responsible for the death of people, wondering that the Emergency Law is enforced only against thinkers and oppositionists.
