Freedom and Justice Party’s Dardery: Damietta Raid Grotesque Violation, Horrid Massacre

Abdul-Mawgood Dardery, member of the Freedom and Justice Party’s Foreign Relations Committee, said: "The inhuman atrocities that happened in the village of Basarta (in Damietta, north of Cairo), with junta militias arbitrarily arresting girls and killing protesters, are grotesque violations of all laws and conventions, a massacre that reflects the deterioration of the situation in Egypt under the illegitimate military coup regime.

In a press statement, Dardery added: "This is proof of the coup regime’s bankruptcy and that it has based its survival on the killing of more Egyptians, while Egyptians are determined to seek their freedom by resisting the murderers using all legitimate means… Glory to the martyrs. Freedom and dignity for the honorable men and women detained by the military junta.

"There are no rights, nor justice in Egypt today. Only massacres, blatant violations of freedoms and laws with total and unprecedented impunity for the murderers… The world’s conscience must be awakened, not to interfere in the affairs of Egypt, but to tell the murderers in Egypt to stop."

Dardery further pointed that: "Egypt’s revolutionaries are able to break the coup and defeat its failing regime, with the help of God and the revolutionaries’ resolve, determination and devotion".
