Hussein Ibrahim, Freedom and Justice Party (FJP) Secretary, accused former Public Prosecutor Abdel-Meguid Mahmoud of preparing the order to release deposed president Hosni Mubarak on bail in the cases of corruption and murdering revolutionaries, adding that the decision was shocking.

"I am confident that those who demand reinstating of the former Public Prosecutor will now be dissuaded, with the exception of the ousted president’s sworn clique.

"Ultimately, the Revolution will achieve its objectives; attempts to abort it are doomed to fail, and also efforts by Mubarak’s cronies to replicate their corrupt regime."
