IkhwanWeb

I offer my most sincere condolences to the families of all those who were killed in Badrasheen train crash, and my best wishes for a speedy recovery for those who were injured.

Recurrence of train accidents is tragic evidence of an almost complete collapse in Egypt’s infrastructure, through years of corruption under Mubarak's rule. It also is a wake-up call to all, reminding us of the need to overcome political differences and to cooperate to rebuild Egypt. There certainly is no more time to waste.

The Egyptian people need work and achievement, not argument, controversy and conflict.
