Muslim Brotherhood Chairman Badie Wishes Egyptian Churches Happy Christmas Celebrations

Dr. Mohamed Badie, Muslim Brotherhood Chairman, sent congratulatory messages Saturday to Egyptian Church leaders on the occasion of the anniversary of the birth of Jesus Christ, peace be on him.


Walid Shalaby, media advisor to the Brotherhood Chairman, affirmed that Dr. Badie sent cordial congratulations telegrams to His Beatitude Pope Tawadros III, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of Saint Mark Episcopate; Rev. Safwat Bayadi, President of the Anglican Church; and to all Christians, on this special occasion, praying that God would bless 2013 with happiness, progress and prosperity for Egypt, all Egyptians and the whole world.

It’s our pleasure to extend to you and to all our Christian brothers and sisters our heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of the anniversary of the birth of Jesus Christ, peace be upon him. I pray to God Almighty that He would bless this year with happiness, good health, progress and prosperity for our beloved Egypt and the whole world.
