MB Denounces Nasarllah’s Statements Supporting Criminal Syrian Regime
Muslim Brotherhood spokesman Dr. Mahmoud Ghozlan strongly criticized the speech delivered on Friday by Hezbollah’s leader Hassan Nasrallah, expressing his support of the Syrian regime, praising its "role in supporting the resistance in Lebanon and Palestine, and its commitment to reforms despite international pressures."

In a statement to Ikhwanweb, Ghozlan denounced Nasrallah’s remarks, and his negative stance towards the Syrian peaceful revolution, which undermined his reputation and respect in the Arab and Islamic worlds because of his siding with "the criminal regime of Bashar Al-Assad."

"Bashar Al-Assad is a brutal dictator just like his father," Ghozlan said, "and his role in resistance is a fallacy; the Golan Heights have been occupied by Israel for 40 years without a single attempt by Al-Assad to restore them."

"Bashar is now killing his people with his army tanks, so where is that so-called resistance Nasrallah is hailing? Does he mean by this "resistance" the mass murder of the Syrian people?" Ghozlan said, calling on all nations and peoples to show solidarity with the Syrian people in their peaceful revolution against the despotic regime of Bashar Al-Assad.

Meanwhile, pro-regime army units have killed tens of peaceful demonstrators on Friday, which raises the death toll to more than 2200 martyr since the start of the Syrian revolution in March, more than one hundred of them are children.
