Assistant minister of health, Dr Adel Al-Adawi, stated that rumors about the deteriorating health of former president Hosni Mubarak and that he is suffering from cancer, is false.

Assistant minister of health, Dr Adel Al-Adawi, stated that rumors about the deteriorating health of former president Hosni Mubarak and that he is suffering of terminal cancer, is false.

Al-Adawi confirmed that Mubarak's health is stable, adding that Mubarak's main health problems are due old age, including altered mental status from time to time, and uncontrolled blood pressure
