Dr. Safwat Hegazy of the board of trustees of the revolution, praised the role of the Egyptian army in protecting the revolution so far, although a better performance was expected.

In a conference in Minia governorate, he stressed on the need to stand in solidarity with the army and help it carry out its duties. He called on the citizens to do their work at their best capacity, help each other and provide services to citizens. He called on them to be positive and take part in the upcoming elections.

Dr. Hegazy told Ikhwanweb that the news broadcasted on Al-Jazeera TV channel on clashes between the youth of the Muslim Brotherhood and the Islamic Group is false news, accusing the NDP members of spreading this falsified news.
