After realizing he was the victim of a break-in, on his return home to Beni Suef Muslim Brotherhood Chairman Dr. Mohamed Badie filed a report to the head military chief in his governorate.

Important documents and computer discs went missing from Badie’s home indicating that the break-in was not random. Moreover there were no signs of break-in and entry despite the houses contents being scattered everywhere.

Nothing of value was taken from the home highlighting that the documents belonging to the chairman were targeted. The entry was the work of professionals using specific tools to enter and leave without causing chaos or suspicion.

MB media spokesman Dr. Mohamed Morsy stated that it was apparent that the individuals searching the premises were looking for something in particular. He believed that personnel from the former dismantled security apparatus and remnants from the deposed Mubarak’s ruling regime could be behind the thefts. Morsy asserted that  trusted that immediate investigations would reveal the culprits behind the incident

Neighbours confirmed they felt movement in the house but were not sure who was inside as there was no evidence of forced entry of the premises from the outside.
