Mubarak, Adly Charged with Premeditated Murder in a New Complaint to Prosecutor

London-based Egyptian engineer Mamdouh Hamza on Wednesday announced that he would submit a complaint to the public prosecutor accusing deposed Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak and former interior minister Habib el-Adly of deliberately killing demonstrators. In his initiatory pleading which has been filed, he said that Mubarak is primarily responsible for the police committing such a heinous offence.

In "Baladna Bel Masry" (Our Country in Egypt) TV show broadcast on ONTV Channel, Hamza said that caretaker PM Ahmed Shafiq ‘s cabinet participation in bloody Wednesday clashes in Cairo’s Tahrir Square are still under investigation, indicating that Egypt’s budget is 25 billion pounds. This, in turn, enables the police to have armored vehicles, weapons, firearms and rubber bullets to brutally use them against civilians.
