Mousa: Pessimism surrounds renewed negotiations with Israel

In a comment about the renewed Arab-Israeli peace talks in Washington , Amr Mousa, and Secretary General of the Arab League alleged that many people were not optimistic about the results.

 

Before heading to Libya , Mousa stressed that the role of the Arab Peace Initiative is to monitor the situation and a meeting may be held within the upcoming weeks.

 

 

Regarding preparations to the ‘Sart” Arab meeting in which is scheduled to be held in October, Mousa confirmed that invitations are currently being sent to Arab leaders and bodies expected to attend.
