The state security forces arrested, on Wednesday, seven persons from the Egyptian governorate of Behira on charge of belonging to the Muslim Brotherhood group .

The detained are:

Ahmed Al-Qit, Hani Al Balkoni, Fekri Al-Rahhal, Omar Masoura, Ayman Abu Araesh, Khaled Al Qamhawi and Yasser Al-Hanash;

also, houses of three MB members were ransacked while they were out:

Sami Ayyad, Osama Solaiman and Essam Al Gharabawi .

For his part, the Muslim Brotherhood leader in Al-Behera, Dr. Gamal Heshmat, a former Member of parliament, said in a statement to Ikhwanweb that:" The detentions aim at exhausting the recruitment resources and eradicating businessmen belonging to the Muslim Brotherhood."

Also, Heshmat did not rule out that this campaign is related to the case of Teeba School ( A private schools which was headed by a Muslim Brotherhood member and was later annexed to the financial and administrative supervision of the Education Department Al-Behera), specially that its manager’s house was raided to arrest him but he wasn’t there at that time.

Heshmat pointed out that this school is considered one of the most distinguished schools in Al Behera according to testimonies of parents.

These detentions are a part of an unjust crackdown launched by the regime against the Muslim Brotherhood, leading to arresting Eng. Khairat Al Shater, the MB deputy chairman, Dr. Mohamed Ali Beshr, a member of the MB executive Bureau and others, up to about 234 detainees, and they have been thrown in the prisons of Torah farm, Wadi Al-Natrun, Burj Al Arab, Mansoura, Zagazig and Tanta.
