![]() Interior Ministry accused of abducting activist’s brother
The Legal Committee of the April 6 Youth Movement submitted a complaint to Attorney General, Abdel Magid Mahmoud, accusing two officers in the State Security Department in the Abu Zabal district of abducting the brother of one of the movement’s activist detaining him illegally.

The Legal Committee of the April 6 Youth Movement submitted a complaint to Attorney General, Abdel Magid Mahmoud, accusing two officers in the State Security Department in the Abu Zabal district of abducting the brother of one of the movement’s activist detaining him illegally. Mosaab Abdel Salam, an activist in the April 6 Movement, stated that Major Adham from the Abu Zabal State Security Department appeared at his house to question him about his recent activities in collecting signatures for the Seven Demands for reform Campaign. He maintained “My brother Ibrahim 22 was arrested by Major Adham’s forces after he told them I was not home at the time. He was later taken to the Abu Zabal State Security Department at 12:00 pm”. |
