A Criminal Court in Cairo decided on the release of Dr. Osama Suleiman, one of the Muslim Brotherhood leaders accused in the renowned MB international case who has remained detained in custody indefinitely despite two court acquittals. The first release order was issued on May 30,  2010

 

Suleiman is expected to be transported to state security headquarters after the release decision and later to his home
