OCCUPIED JERUSALEM,  Israeli occupation forces (IOF) detained 12 Jerusalemites in Silwan town, south of the Aqsa Mosque, after storming their homes on Sunday, local sources reported.

They said that the IOF soldiers wreaked havoc in the homes of those detainees who included brothers and members of the same family.

They noted that the raid followed the recent violent confrontations in the town between its inhabitants and Israeli settlers.
