Israeli occupation airforce launch 4 raids on Gaza

KAHN YOUNIS, BEIT HANOUN, — Israeli occupation aircraft, at dawn Friday, carried out four strikes against a training ground and empty areas in the north and the south of the Gaza Strip.

Local sources told PIC correspondent in the southern Gaza Strip that Israeli F-16’s fired rockets at three empty areas to the east of Khuzaa and Abasan al-Kabira, east of Khan Younis. No casualties were reported, but houses close by the area targeted were damaged.

Meanwhile, PIC correspondent in the northern Gaza Strip said that Israeli aircraft fired a rocket at a position used by the Qassam Brigades for training in Beit Hanoun, no casualties were reported, but damage has been caused to the place.

The Israeli occupation claimed that its airforce targeted underground tunnels prepared for launching attacks against occupation soldiers to the east of the costal strip.

The occupation army spokesman further claimed that the airstrikes were in retaliation to a resistance rocket that was fired from the Gaza Strip and fell on Askalan to the north of the Gaza Strip.
