Lawyers protest on Monday objecting to iron wall.

The legitimate general syndicate committee has organized a rally in support of the Palestinians demonstrating their disappointment of the continued construction of the iron wall. The rally is scheduled to take place Monday at the syndicate’s premises. Professor of International Law Dr Ali Al-Ghateet and former assistant of the Interior Minister Dr Abd Allah Ashaal are expected to participate in the rally.

The Muslim Brotherhood lawyers have already begun action within the syndicate and Sawaseya activists and lawyer and campaign organizer Mohamed Towson submitted an appeal challenging the President and the Cabinet’s ministers of and their decision to build the iron wall on the Egypt-Gaza border. The appeal called for the ceasing of the construction and of the tearing down of any segment already built in addition to calling for the amendment of damages inflicted.

The committees’ organizer Towson asserted to “Ikhwanweb” that the committee will continue its campaign in full force and will continue denouncing the construction pointing out that the Gazans are in full  need of  support  whether financial or emotional.
