Zakaria  Ganainy of the Muslim Brotherhood's Parliamentary bloc representing Kafr el-Dewar and Beheira governorates condemned the illicit visit of an American faction to the General Hospital in Arish on September 3.

Ganainy  challenged these visits, claiming that they were unauthorized, and called for a full and thorough investigation.

Ganainy  argued that these unauthorized visits are "a threat to national security," where visits of this kind, without the official notification to the Foreign Ministry are perceived as illegitimate.
