HRW: Israel used drone aircraft to kill unarmed civilians in Gaza

Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) dispatched pilotless aircraft to kill at least 29 Palestinian civilians in the war on Gaza, Human Rights Watch said in a 39-page report.

The report, released on Tuesday, revealed that the IOF drones hit children playing on Gaza rooftops, an elementary school serving as a refugee center, a group of students at a bus stop, and a metal shop near a refugee camp.

The high resolution videos watched by operators on the ground should have displayed that no gunmen were in those areas, the HRW underlined.

The HRW said it verified the attacks by investigating strike sites and interviewing witnesses. The remains of Israel-made Spike missiles launched from drone aircraft proved the findings.
