Gaza Populist Campaign Welcomes Gaza-bound British Aid Convoy

In a statement, of which Ikhwanweb received a copy, the Populist Campaign for Breaking the Siege on Gaza welcomed the British Aid convoy heading to Gaza from England en-route the Egyptian territories in the upcoming days.

The statement added that the campaign will be welcoming the convoy on the moment of its arrival to El-Sallum land port.  The campaign’s delegation will be headed by Judge Mahmoud El-Khodeiry and MP Hamdy Hasan, and will include figures such as Egyptian MPs, Professors, Doctors, Judges, Engineers, and representatives from the professional syndicates participating in the campaign.

The campaign also announced that symbolic events will be held during the caravan’s crossing of the Egyptian territories in support of breaking the siege on Gaza.

It is worthy mentioning that the British aid convoy going to Gaza carrying 120 vehicles loaded with humanitarian aid from Britain for the people of Gaza reached Tunisia last Wednesday after leaving London on February 14 and crossing Belgium, France, Spain, Morocco, and Algeria.
