In exclusive statements to Ikhwanweb, Dr. Hasan Abu She`esha (Brotherhood candidate in Kafr El Sheikh City) asserted that he realized the new method to be pursued by the regime to manipulate the complementary elections.

He said that governor of Kafr El Sheikh, head of one of the courts, security director, Attorney General, and state security inspector met together and agreed that election should go peacefully till midday and forge 80% of votes in favor of the ruling NDP candidate while letting the remaining quota to save their faces before the media to claim it was fair and democratic election.

Electoral tours are expected to end on Sunday November 9, 2008 in the complementary elections in Kafr El Sheikh. Candidates run for two seats on Monday.

Brotherhood candidate Hasan Abu She`esha complained of removing all his electoral banners at the hands of the police using the state facilities.

She`esha added that security apparatus prevented his electoral march last Friday after security forces cordoned the city by hundreds of soldiers and police trucks and maintained their security presence at all key squares and streets.
