The administrative judiciary court postponed the contest filed by the MB defense against the Prosecutor General"s decision to end the imprisonment of those referred to the military tribunal till November 4th, 2008.

The contest filed against the President"s decision to exclude the detained MB cadres from the amnesty based on passing the half of the period was also postponed till December 2nd.

MB defense panel asserted that the case filed before the administrative judiciary (relating to halting the passive decision that excludes the detained under case no. 2 of 2007, higher military from release decision) is to prove the inexistence of the verdict because of the existence of previous debatable case which is still pending the court"s procedures.

In December 1st, the court put off the case because the contested authorities did not reply; those contested were ministries of Justice and Interior and the prosecutor general, military prosecutor general, head of the military judiciary administration, head of the higher military court, assistant minister of the Interior for prisons" sector, and the commissioner of Tura farm"s prison.

Muslim Brotherhood complains of excessive security harassment. Last April, an Egyptian military court passed prison rulings up to ten years against 25 MB leading figures on charges of financing an outlawed group.
