Dr. Hamdi Hasan and Eng. Ibrahim Abdu-Uof (members of the MB parliamentary bloc) described the declaration of NDP member as a local council member without being a candidate in recent elections is nothing but a forgery of an already manipulated election.

In a statement to the bloc’s website (www.nowabikhwan.com), Abu-Uof said "the MB boycotted local elections; however the NDP forged elections among its own members. This indicates that the ruling NDP is addicted to election fraud ".

"It is regionally and internationally acknowledged that the name "NDP" became linked to "corruption and forgery" in any presidential, legislative, local, orlabor unions elections" he added.

In an inquiry to the Premier, Hamdi Hasan said "this is the first time to hear of a success of noncandidate in any country"s elections; however it is one of the NDP"s government and new thought comedies".

Certain documents have been infiltrated from al-Daqahliya"s NDP office indicating the enlisting of an NDP member within the local elections winners without being a candidate.
