Dr. Ghozlan Tyrannically Rearrested

In a measure considered as a new encroachment to the supremacy of Egyptian judicial authority, the Egyptian Interior Ministry has declined executing the instant release verdict by Cairo Criminal Court yesterday for Dr. Mahmoud Ghozlan, MB Executive Bureau Member, along with other to MB co-defendants.
Moreover, the regime”s security apparatus has issued reseizure notes against Dr. Mahmoud Ghozlan, MB Executive Bureau member, Dr. Mostafa Al-Ghuniemi, Secretary-General of Al-Gharbeya syndicate of Medical Professions and Dr. Mohie Hamid, a senior medical consultant, while the other two MBs, namely Muhammad Alqassas, an MB blogger, and Muhammad Al-Serougi have been sent to State Security headquarters, as a pre-measure for setting them free.

In his statement to ikhwanweb, Dr. Hamdi Hassan, spokesman of MB Parliamentary Bloc, has affirmed that those rearrests are added to the series of crimes the regime committed against the Egyptian people, along with being a kind of persistence to the verdicts decreed by the Egyptian Judiciary.

Note-worthy, Dr. Mahmoud Ghozlan and other four MB members have been detained by Egyptian Security Forces five months ago.
