Muhammad Abdel Khaliq, the ex-Undersecretary of Culture Ministry, and a prominent forerunner of the Moslem Brotherhood, stressed that "the movement tolerates the major share of reform and change in Egypt". This was a part of his speech addressed before the gather that was attending the annual Ramadan breakfast held by the movement.


"Egypt, along with the Arab and Islamic nations experience a very critical era that requires collective efforts to attain reform and change", said Abdel Kalia.

He underlines the Moslem Brotherhood’s experiment in this connection, indicating that their belief in Allah is the principle that drives them to achieve dignity.


He added that Arabs and Moslems should be stimulated by their great civilization, which admitted by the West. In addition, they should grasp the merits and lessons of the holy month, Ramadan.


He concluded his speech putting emphasis on the great efforts exerted by the Moslem Brotherhood in the cause of reform and change in Egypt.
