Coup Security Forces Detain Six Citizens in Vicious Extrajudicial Arbitrary-Arrests Campaign
Coup security forces conducted arbitrary arrest raids in Matai town (Minya governorate, Egypt) rounding up and detaining 6 Egyptian citizens from the province. Those are:

1. Mohamed Abdel-Hakim.

2. Ahmed Shehata.

3. Mokhtar Mohamed.

4. Hani Ahmed.

5. Mohamed Khalaf.

6. Sadek Sayed.

They were abducted by the junta’s security forces on Wednesday (August 16th) during an unprovoked and unwarranted raid on citizens’ homes without legal authorization. The detainees named above were taken to an unknown place. Their relatives do not know where their loved ones are being detained or why they have been arrested.
