Dr. Murad Ali, media adviser to the Freedom and Justice Party (FJP), said: "We welcome demonstrations anywhere, as long as they remain peaceful, and refrain from violence and disruption of state institutions.

"I hold personally accountable Mohamed ElBaradei, Hamdeen Sabbahi, Sayyid Badawi, and Amr Hamzawy for any violence taking place in the demonstrations they called outside the Presidential Palace."

Dr. Ali further said, "Going out in our own demonstrations on Saturday, we shouldered full responsibility for keeping them peaceful. We did succeed in maintaining the peaceful nature of the rallies. Likewise, organizers of Tuesday’s protests must bear the responsibility of the demonstrations they called, and bear full responsibility for any violence that may result from poor organization.

"Although millions of people joined our demonstrations on Saturday, there were no incidents of harassment and not even one single assault against anyone, nor acts of sabotage or disruption of any of state institutions."
