Al-Shater, the Muslim Brotherhood and the Freedom and Justice Party (FJP)’s presidential candidate, on Thursday, filed his recommendation forms at the headquarters of the judicial committee supervising the presidential elections (the Supreme Presidential Electoral Commission) amid thousands of his supporters and members of the Muslim Brotherhood who gathered to back the FJP’s candidate for the presidency. Al-Shater’s supporters chanted, "The People want Al-Shater for president".
