MB leader slams IOF murders calling for worldwide unity and support

Badie urged them to send convoys and not fear the Americans who support the Israeli’s arrogance and cover up their crimes

He claimed that “The blood of the victims of the attacked Freedom Flotilla, particularly those who died would not be in vain”, he added ” in fact, the incident has sparked international condemnations and protests which helped break the shameful silence of Western democracies on the IOF atrocities” The events also drew attention to a 3- year unjust Israeli blockade of the coastal territory which is a crime against humanity that must immediately be stopped by all legitimate means

The chairman maintained that the “Israeli massacre exposed  the hollowness of the Western democracies’ allegation of  respecting  human freedoms and their incapacity to adhere to the  Universal Declaration of Human Rights which stipulates that” Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person, “and that” No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment”. Badie added that the violations were also evident  in their dealings with other Islamic issues in Palestine, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Iraq, Algeria, Pakistan and Somalia

He was taken aback by the shameful position on the brutal massacre against the peace activists on board the fleet of freedom, pointing out that the massacre is an act of piracy by a state whose hands are tainted with the blood of dozens of states

Badie urged Arab and Islamic organizations to encourage the lifting of the siege on the Gazans. He also appealed on them to send relief convoys and stand united against the US-Israeli schemes and to expose the serious violations of international law, underlying the need for mass protests increasing people’s awareness throughout the Arab and Muslim world
