Fight Against Swine Flue Spreads to Internet
In the framework of all institutional attempts to control the crisis of swine flu in Egypt, the Egyptian fight against the virus has spread to internet where a group of Egyptian activists created a committee on facebook called “the National Committee for Countering Swine Flu” which aims at warning from the dangers of this disease and to increase Egyptian’s awareness of the disease and ways to prevent it.

In the framework of all institutional attempts to control the crisis of swine flu in Egypt, the Egyptian fight against the virus has spread to internet where a group of Egyptian activists created a committee on facebook called “the National Committee for Countering Swine Flu” which aims at warning from the dangers of this disease and to increase Egyptian’s awareness of the disease and ways to prevent it.

 

Those in charge of the group stated that the deadly dangers of this disease made the Association of Veterinarians, Doctors’ Union and Pharmacists’ Association in Alexandria establishes a joint committee to combat the disease, calling everyone who can participate to join the group.

 

 

The group presented some information on the disease and its seriousness, the way it spreads and ways to prevent it.
