In Memory of the Palestinian Setback: MB Bloc Warns Against Judaization of Jerusalem

The MB Parliamentary Bloc warned against ongoing attempts by the Israeli occupation to judaize Jerusalem and destroy Al-Aqsa mosque in order to build their alleged temple of Solomon.

MB Bloc Head Dr. Mohamed Sa’d El-Katatny said, in a statement, that while Zionists celebrate its so-called 61st “Independence Day,” “the Arab-Islamic world must not forget that it is living the 61st year since the Palestinian setback and a major part of the Islamic nation’s body, that is Palestine, had been torn.”

El-Katatny further pointed that throughout these years the Israeli occupation had committed several violations and brutal massacres contradicting with all universal human values, not to mention all international covenants and customs, the latest of which was the genocide in Gaza early this year.

El-Katatny called on the necessity for the Arab-Islamic world to support Palestinian resistance by all means requesting the Arab-Islamic regimes to rise up to the level of the incident especially after the most extreme Israeli regime in Zionist history acceded to power.

El-Katatny also pointed out that the amount of danger expected from a government of extremists such as Liberman and Netanyahu necessitates the abandonment of “peace as a strategic option” which Arabs had been adopting with Zionists in the past affirming that it is no longer the strategic option.
