The Hamas Movement on Sunday blasted the Israeli occupation authority"s "repressive and arbitrary" measures especially severing fuel, gas, electricity and other basic supplies from the Gaza Strip.

Abdul Latif Al-Qanu, the Movement"s spokesman in northern Gaza, said in a press release that the "Zionist enemy" was pursuing such an "inhuman" measure encouraged by the unlimited American support and the Arab and international silence.Qanu opined that the new measure would not succeed in weakening the Palestinian people"s steadfastness.

Another Hamas spokesman said that the IOA closure of all crossings and cutting off all supplies reflected an international decision to annihilate the entire Gaza population.Dr. Sami Abu Zuhri said in a press release that the "Zionist crimes" in Gaza are progressing before the very eyes of the world community, which is either silent or actively involved.

He lashed out at the Arab official and public position towards what is going on against Gaza.
